2. Products and website information
Product availability, included items and current prices are shown on the product page. Colours may look different on different screens. Product images do not override the listed contents or your rights where goods are faulty or not as described. Please contact us before ordering if you need a detail clarified.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront and confirmed at checkout. Shipping and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout; an option may vary by location or device. Payment is required before order processing. Price changes do not change an order already accepted.
4. Orders and cancellation
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before payment. If an item is unavailable, an order contains an obvious error, or we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. Cancellation requests before dispatch and returns after delivery are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation rights are not limited by this section.
5. Delivery
We deliver to eligible U.S. addresses and the European countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and do not offer worldwide shipping. The Single kit and Duo (2 complete kits) include free standard shipping to supported destinations, with no minimum order value, including when an eligible discount is applied. Estimated delivery is 2-10 business days, including processing. Shipping for other products, if offered, is shown at checkout. The shipping policy explains shipping origin, delivery estimates and customs information. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise; this does not exclude remedies required by law for late or missing deliveries.
6. Discounts and promotional gifts
Eligibility, expiry and any purchase requirements are stated with the offer and checked at checkout. A crossed-out product price and an email discount code are different offers; code combinations depend on the specific code rules. Email signup alone does not qualify for a physical promotional gift. Gifts advertised with a qualifying kit order are supplied with that order under the published offer. A sale label does not by itself make an item non-returnable or remove statutory rights.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Marketing email consent can be withdrawn using an unsubscribe link; order and service messages may still be necessary to fulfil or support a purchase.
9. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Content belongs to its respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially distribute protected material without permission except as allowed by law. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
10. Website availability and responsibility
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes legal guarantees and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
11. Applicable law
Hong Kong SAR law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law. If mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules apply in your country of residence, these terms do not take those rights away.
12. Updates
